Holidays are over, now it is time to get back in shape. For me it is so hard to just to cut all the baking goods off. I decided that I can still bake, but something healthy. These bars are healthy and yummy, they are a perfect transition into non-holiday, healthy diet.
Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups quick oats
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup milk
1 tbs Chai seeds
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor or by a mixer. Pour the mixture into an oiled 9×13 baking pan.

Bake in 350F degree oven for 25 minutes.

Let it cool for 5 minutes, then cut into bars.

Enjoy!

There are so many things about me: I love read, cook, exercise, travel, make jewelry, but more than anything in the world I love my two adorable little girls Anastasia and Tatiana.
To get my self throughout college I worked as a nanny for many years. It is then, I decided that I would love to stay home and raise my own children. There was nothing more important to me than to witness my children's first smile, their first steps, to be their first friend to be the first and the last person who they see before and after they go to sleep . Today I am living my dream life, thanks to my dearest husband George who allows me to do so.
I am going to try my hardest to share bits of our lives with you, to give you my takes on things like parenting, cooking and homemaking and if you like it - great, and if you don't - oh well, to each their own.
