Tuna Avocado Buckwheat Salad

This easy, healthy, delicious and filling tuna salad is a great choice for a healthy living.

Cook time 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 can of tuna
1 avocado
1 cup of buckwheat
1cup of cabbage, chopped
1 orange
1 tbs chai
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt (to taste)

Chopped the cabbage, cut the avocado and oranges.  Mix all the ingredients in the bowls and enjoy it as a salad
