As most of you know, I love all kinds of “healthy breads”. However, sadly, my kids are picky and only eat certain breads. This white bread my girls LOVE. The bread turns out soft and flaky, perfect for sandwiches.
Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
4 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cups bread flour
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Put wet ingredients first, then add flour and yeast on top. 3 hours later your bread is ready.

Enjoy!
