My kids won’t eat oatmeal, so I figured out the way to turn oatmeal into muffins. These oatmeal muffins melt in your mouth, they are so delicious. They are so tender and juice that you can’t stop eating them.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup apple sauce
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup white unbleached flour
1 cup quick oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs flax seeds (optional)
Preheat an oven to 375F degrees.
Mix eggs, sugar, oil, apple sauce, vanilla together. In a separate bowl mix oats, fours, salt, baking soda, baking powder, flax seeds. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend everything together.

Fill the muffins pan 2/3 of the way.

Place the muffins into preheated 375F degree oven for about 17 minutes. Once the muffins are ready let them cool for 5 minutes.

Enjoy!

There are so many things about me: I love read, cook, exercise, travel, make jewelry, but more than anything in the world I love my two adorable little girls Anastasia and Tatiana.
To get my self throughout college I worked as a nanny for many years. It is then, I decided that I would love to stay home and raise my own children. There was nothing more important to me than to witness my children's first smile, their first steps, to be their first friend to be the first and the last person who they see before and after they go to sleep . Today I am living my dream life, thanks to my dearest husband George who allows me to do so.
I am going to try my hardest to share bits of our lives with you, to give you my takes on things like parenting, cooking and homemaking and if you like it - great, and if you don't - oh well, to each their own.
