Perfect snack or breakfast on the go. Healthy and delicious.
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup oatmeal flour (whole wheat works too)
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
1 tbs flaxseeds (optional)
10 oz strawberry jam
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Mix all the dry ingredients together, then slowly add in olive oil.
Take 3/4 of the mixture and press it in a 9x13in. pan.
Spread the jam.
Crumble the other half on top of the jam.
Put in in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes.
Let it cool down. cut into squares.
