I love bread. I have a slice of bread with cheese and ham every morning for breakfast. Although I am not allergic to gluten, I like gluten free baking goods and breads, they fill me up, without making me feel bloated. I made up this recipe for my bread machine and it turned out great.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of water
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cups brown rice flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbs flax seeds
2 1/4 tsp yeast
Enjoy!

There are so many things about me: I love read, cook, exercise, travel, make jewelry, but more than anything in the world I love my two adorable little girls Anastasia and Tatiana.
To get my self throughout college I worked as a nanny for many years. It is then, I decided that I would love to stay home and raise my own children. There was nothing more important to me than to witness my children's first smile, their first steps, to be their first friend to be the first and the last person who they see before and after they go to sleep . Today I am living my dream life, thanks to my dearest husband George who allows me to do so.
I am going to try my hardest to share bits of our lives with you, to give you my takes on things like parenting, cooking and homemaking and if you like it - great, and if you don't - oh well, to each their own.

I haven’t tried using brown rice flour yet, only the white.

I like the “healthiness” of the brown rice flour, however you almost need to double the amount of sugar and salt to the brown rice recipe in order for the bread not to taste like a cardboard :). The brown rice flour is also very dense, so you need to add more water than usual.
